Crossfit Hardcore’s endurance class is for everyone. Power and speed are important components of the endurance world. This class is for crossfitters, endurance athletes, and those who would like to work on their stamina or form of running.

The class teaches the “Pose Method” of running. It will incorporate drills to perfect form and function for proper running mechanics. These technique principles have proven to speed recovery time, increase performance, and reduce injuries. The class is diversified each week with different workouts. It also focuses on proper warm up, stretching, and mobility to improve function and level of output.
